This Return and Refund Policy is formulated to provide clear, professional guidelines for managing order reversals while strictly maintaining the integrity and quality of our hardware catalog.
Return Window & Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Due to the precise engineering and sanitary standards required for architectural drainage and plumbing fixtures, returned hardware must meet exceptionally rigorous condition requirements:
Items must be in brand new, uninstalled, un-water-tested, and physically unmodified original condition.
All original internal and external packaging, including structural supports, grates, mounting flanges, hardware packets, and protective films, must be entirely intact and included.
Zero-Tolerance Wear Policy: Any hardware exhibiting installation marks (such as wrench scratches, tool clamp abrasions, thread wear), water stains, silicone residue, or damaged rubber gaskets will be outright rejected and permanently disqualified from refund eligibility.
Hardware must be repacked securely using the original protective materials to prevent any metal-on-metal friction or structural deformation during return transit.
How to Initiate a Return
CRITICAL WARNING: Please do not blindly return any packages to the sender’s address listed on the shipping label.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed, accepted, or refunded. To initiate a return, you must strictly follow our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) protocol:
State the reason for the return. If the return is due to transit damage or a structural defect, you must attach clear, high-resolution photographs of the item and the packaging.
Upon approval, you will receive an official RMA number along with the specific, authorized return address tailored to your order.
Return Shipping Costs
The responsibility for return shipping costs is clearly defined by the nature of the return:
Deviravo’s Responsibility (Defective/Damaged): If the hardware arrives structurally damaged, defective, or if an incorrect specification was dispatched, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided alongside your RMA.
Customer’s Responsibility (Change of Mind/Wrong Sizing): For returns based on a change of project scope, aesthetic preference alterations, or incorrect sizing/finish selected at checkout, the customer is entirely responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly advise utilizing a trackable shipping service and purchasing adequate shipping insurance for high-value metal fixtures, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Restocking Fees
We value transparency and straightforward commercial practices. Deviravo does not penalize its clients with hidden administrative charges. We proudly maintain a $0.00 Restocking Fee for all eligible, authorized returns that perfectly meet our rigorous condition requirements.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is received at our designated returns address, the hardware will be systematically evaluated within 3 business days to verify its condition against our strict eligibility criteria.
Upon successful verification and approval, your refund will be immediately processed and credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your financial institution’s clearing protocols, it generally takes an additional 5 to 10 business days for the funds to officially post to your account statement.
Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention
We recognize that construction and design schedules can shift abruptly. Order cancellations or modifications can be accommodated if requested within 12 hours of purchase. Once this 12-hour window elapses, the order officially enters the final processing and transit routing phase and cannot be intercepted or halted; you must receive the shipment and proceed through the standard RMA process.
Furthermore, Deviravo actively protects its catalog integrity. We reserve the unequivocal right to refuse refunds, cancel future orders, and pursue appropriate remedies in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the deliberate return of used, altered, or counterfeit hardware.
