This document outlines our standard shipping procedures, delivery expectations, and associated costs. Our goal is to ensure a clear, predictable, and professional fulfillment process for your orders.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We currently offer shipping exclusively to the contiguous 48 United States.
Due to the structural dimensions, weight of certain architectural drainage components, and specific carrier limitations, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories. Please provide a valid, physical street address during the checkout process to ensure successful delivery and avoid order cancellation.
Shipping Rates & Costs
We utilize a straightforward shipping rate structure based on your total order value. There are no hidden surcharges; all applicable shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Orders under $200.00: A flat shipping rate of $20.00 applies.
Orders of $200.00 and over: Qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
We operate on a standard Monday through Friday schedule to process all transactions efficiently. Please refer to the following timeline for a clear understanding of when to expect your order:
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (MST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will be recorded and begin processing on the following business day. (Note: Arizona does not observe Daylight Saving Time).
Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday). This timeframe is dedicated strictly to administrative order processing, payment verification, and carrier staging.
Transit Time: 3-7 business days (Monday – Friday), depending on the final destination and the selected carrier’s routing.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: Order Processing Time (1-2 business days) + Transit Time (3-7 business days) = 4-9 business days.
Please be advised that order processing and shipping operations are suspended on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and major federal holidays.
Order Tracking & Split Shipments
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Tracking Activation: Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update and become active within the carrier’s system.
Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple fixtures or a combination of items with varying availability, the components may be shipped in separate packages. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment to accurately monitor their progress.
Address Accuracy & Missing Packages
Customers are fully responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. We are not liable for transit delays, lost packages, or secondary re-shipping costs resulting from incorrect, misspelled, or incomplete address information.
If your tracking information indicates that a package has been “Delivered” but you cannot locate it on your property, please verify with neighbors or your building management first. If the package remains missing, you must contact the respective carrier directly to initiate a formal trace or claim. While we will provide necessary documentation to assist you in this process, we do not assume absolute financial liability for packages that are marked as successfully delivered by the designated carrier.
Damaged in Transit
While our drainage components are constructed from durable materials, transit-related damage can occasionally occur due to mishandling. If your package arrives with physical damage, you must contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt.
To facilitate a prompt resolution and allow us to file a formal claim with the carrier, your email must include:
Clear photographs of the damaged product.
Clear photographs of the external packaging, including the visible shipping label.
Important: Do not return any items to us without prior authorization. You must contact our support email first to receive explicit return instructions and authorization. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of your claim.
